Not only team sports help the brain get smarter but also athletes who play team sports are healthier — and more satisfied with life. In the end, you’d be happy because playing with teams and friends is fun and it helps your body stay healthy.

Lifting light weights won't bulk up your muscles, but it will keep them strong. Strength training is another good way to exercise. Just by lifting weights, people get all of these benefits. (Plus, it's light weights, not heavy ones.)

So, isn't that a lot? Exercise will help a lot, and it will get you off the couch too as well as stay strong. Exercise has been a great way to help our body.
